The Run Reboot

Not everyone knows were to start when they first get into running, let alone fitness. The Run Reboot may sound like it’s only for existing runners, but it’s also made for those who don’t know where to start. I can help guide you making some of the initial steps & training plans so you don’t feel lost along the way.

A detailed training plan to help you get off the couch and on the road with less risk of injury. This includes walk/ run combinations all the way up to running for 20-30 minutes straight. Don’t worry we will take it as slow as your body and mind needs!

Fitness isn’t just about moving your body, but more so about the daily habits that support your journey. This habit tracker will kick start your self-awareness so we can quickly identify areas to help you get moving faster.

I work with clients in person but virtual usually works best for most. I want to make sure we stay connected throughout the 6 weeks so this includes at least 3 zoom calls to make sure you are getting what you want and need out of the program.

Stronger Strides

It took me nearly 15 years of running (both on and off) to work my way up to a marathon and eventually an ultramarathon. Let me use my own experience and evidence based research to help you get to your next milestone faster and efficiently! Note, I specialize in distances from 5k, 10k, half marathon all the way to marathon!

After completing a survey where I can fully understand you as a person and athlete, I will create a personalized plan that caters to where you are and where you are trying to go. Each plan includes easy runs, speed workouts, long runs and tips on how to use mobility as your secret weapon for race day!

Training for any race can be daunting and sometimes we all need guidance on how to tweak our approach for following weeks. These weekly check ins will allow us to connect and quickly learn what is/ is not working for you before the big day.

Whether your race is close by our out of your hometown, this checklist will help you learn how to prepare for race day both mentally and physically.

1:1 VIP Coaching

This is the elite program for experienced runners who have already ran a certain distance but want a PR (personal record). This program is 16 weeks MINIMUM and will push you past your limits, but in the best way!

This is a step up from other packages, where I am always available to chat or help you through issues. This could even mean hitting a wall on your training run and needing guidance on how to get to the next mile. I am here for you!

While I am not a nutrition coach, I can help guide you on best ways to fuel and how to approach your carb, electrolyte and overall food intake to make sure you are strong throughout training and on race day.

If you are local to Southern California, this includes me showing up to support you on race day. I would be honored to help you get to race day but also on the day of. WE got this friend!

Questions

My coaching style is relaxed but motivating. I want to push you but not through yelling or harsh words. I believe that by meeting people where they are, and not where they want to be, I have a better chance at making this a positive coaching experience for both of us.

Once you pick the package that is right for you, I will have you complete a comprehensive survey to better understand your wants, needs but also who you are as a person and athlete today. I’ll always go conservative to start and turn up the dial once we both agree you are ready.

While I would love to provide strength training expertise, that is outside my scope of practice as a run coach. I can provide generic tips and guidance on what has worked with me but I would advise you to always seek the proper professional for specific advice on anything outside of running.

I can communicate whatever way works best for you! However, I am best reached by text or email (outside of weekly/ bi-weekly calls which we can do by cell or over Zoom).

I believe that running and being in shape is meant for everyone. I don’t believe in it only being for specific people with certain bodies or athletic experience. I truly believe we just need to tap into that part of us that believes we can do what we often think is impossible!
